This recognition comes as we have completely transformed our manufacturing process, enabling us to better serve cost-conscious gym operators without compromising on quality.
Three years ago, Pavigym encountered an immense challenge that became an opportunity for reinvention. With the support of our dedicated team and cutting-edge technology, we completely revamped our factory into a more efficient production facility. As a result, today we are proud to say that our new facility not only meets the highest standards of modern production. In addition, it also aligns with our commitment to sustainability.
Another key points is that, thanks to the latest equipment, we’ve reduced the labour required by 40% while maintaining the same high levels of output. This efficiency has allowed us to introduce innovative solutions like Solid Pro. This is our latest flooring solution made from recycled tyres and topped witha virgin rubber layer. It’s the perfect combination of cost-effectiveness and premium aesthetics. Solid Pro provides gyms with durable flooring that prevents common issues like crumbling and wear.
