How do I choose the right gym flooring?
The first thing you need to know is that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. If you really want the best flooring solution for your fitness centre you need the appropriate fitness flooring for the activities that will be performed. Each gym floor offers different characteristics (resistance, friction, comfort, impact absorption, noise absorption, vibration absorption, etc.) that will determine what activities it is suitable for.

How long does it take for items to ship?
We can ship stocked items in 48 hours. Large or customised orders will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
Can I pick up the flooring from your warehouse?
Yes. Simply contact us and we’ll provide you with a date on which you can collect your order.

What is your flooring made of?
PAVIGYM offers a broad range of products, each of which is designed for a specific application. Therefore, we use a range of different materials, depending on the product. However, we guarantee that all products are made of the best quality materials, such as virgin rubber or EVA.
How can I get a sample of one of your products?
Simply contact your Sales Representative to request one.
Installation
Are PAVIGYM™ tiles easy to install?
The interlocking system makes installation incredibly easy. Small areas can be loose laid, so there’s no need to apply any adhesives. For more information, consult our Installation Manual.
Can I install the flooring myself?
Yes, you can install our flooring by following the recommendations in our Installation Manual. However, we strongly recommend using our Installation services. PAVIGYM™ or one of our Certified Installers will gladly install the flooring for you to ensure optimal results.
Cleaning
How do I clean my floor?
For EVA and rubber flooring we differentiate between four types of cleaning: Post-Installation Cleaning, Maintenance Cleaning, Deep Cleaning and Selective Cleaning. You can download our Cleaning Manual which contains detailed instructions. For cleaning the Turf, we recommend using a dry foam product such as Vanish Carpet dry foam. For cleaning instructions related to any other product please contact us.
Spot Cleaning
This process aims to remove the toughest stains from specific areas.
After Sales Support
The products I just purchased were damaged during delivery, what should I do?
You must ensure that you state your dissatisfaction with the status of the delivered goods on the delivery sheet. You must also take pictures and inform your Sales Representative immediately so we can contact the delivery company.
What warranty does PAVIGYM offer for its product?
We provide a comprehensive 5-year warranty for PAVIGYM products and a 2-year warranty for all technological products, accessories, complements, and the PAVIBASIC flooring range (with the exception of anchor’s accessories, which carry a 6-month warranty). Additionally, if you choose to have the installation performed by Pavigym, you will receive a 2-year warranty that covers any defects in the installation. If you opt for the purchased installation, the cost of installation will also be covered in the event of product replacement.
